TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview. This website is operated by Peanut Whey, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Questions: peanutwhey@gmail.com.

Products. Peanut Whey is a peanut spread made from three ingredients: peanuts, whey protein, and salt. It contains peanut and milk allergens. Product photos are representative; every jar is made fresh to order in small runs, so slight variation in texture or natural oil separation is normal — just stir.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in USD. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order already placed, and subscription price changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they apply to an existing subscription.

Subscriptions. When you subscribe, you choose delivery every 2, 4, or 6 weeks and save 10% on each subscription order. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency or quantity, pause, or cancel at any time from your customer account or by emailing us — changes apply as long as they're made before the renewal charge is processed. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

Order acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item cannot be fulfilled) and will refund any charge in full if we do.

Accuracy. We work to keep product, pricing, and shipping information accurate; if we make an error that affects your order, we'll contact you and make it right.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
